Led a small engineering team and coordinated with product managers, designers, and stakeholders; directed frontend and backend development across Web3 product surfaces.

Built the Atlantis City game client on React, Chakra UI, and Vite with Ridge state management, and led a full JavaScript-to-TypeScript migration across the game client.

Owned 13 DeFi/Web3 protocol integrations end-to-end, shipped as pixel-art in-game NPCs and buildings — Yearn Finance, 1inch, Balancer, Aave, Perpetual Protocol, Moola, Lens Protocol, Filecoin, Snapshot, NFT.Storage, POAP, PoolTogether, and Swapr — and contributed to and oversaw 5 more alongside the team, for 18 total.

Built end-to-end Web3 authentication flows — MetaMask via Ethers + TypeChain, Discord OAuth and Socket.IO game-server auth, Alchemy + Moralis wallet data aggregation, Guild.xyz DAO-gated access, and Snapshot voting.

Ran the live NFT-sale shift that raised approximately $1,000,000 in ETH (327.14 WETH ≈ $1.01M settled on-chain on Polygon) — authored the Next.js sale dApp, built and deployed the Solidity ERC-721 sale contract, and a Node.js Merkle allowlist service.

Set up the IPFS asset pipeline, Docker containerization, and GitHub Actions CI/CD to Netlify; deployed and verified contracts across Ethereum Mainnet, Polygon, and Optimism.

Oversaw backend development including database design and service creation; wrote comprehensive unit tests and achieved strong test coverage for smart-contract systems.
